Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
HMSHost is actively seeking a multi-unit assistant manager for our food and beverage concepts in Los Angeles International Airport. As an Assistant Manager your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing/leading a diverse team of associates, focusing on associate and customer satisfaction and contributing to increased sales/revenues.

Candidates should possess:
A minimum of two years management experience in a high-volume, multi-unit, casual dining or bar establishment.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience working with a diverse group of associates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective team building skills, enthusiasm for customer service.
A proven track record of success.
