The responsiblity of the Guest Service Agent is to make the guests feel welcome and provide service that makes the guest want to return again. The Guest Service Agent must be able to respond properly to guest's needs and exceed their expectations. As the Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for registering guests; establishing credit; conveying information to guests; maintaining records; collecting and reporting revenue; making hotel and other reservations; securing guests' valuables and contributing to the overall team effort.

Qualifications


Keys data into a computer that must be accurate and speedy.


Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
