as the resort manager your role is to create and provide memorable guest experiences resulting in repeat visits to Fairfield Resorts, referrals, and additional sales.? You'll be Responsible for day-to-day operations of ?the resort. ??Ensure that the service (behavioral) standards, operational standards, and key and cross-functional processes are consistently executed.? You will Select and develop the resort?s leadership team and develop a mutually beneficial relationship with the Vacation Owner?s Association. Ensure the efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.? Develop a budget and execute to achieve Fairfield?s and the VOA?s financial objectives. Partner with Sales and other cross-functional areas that support the resorts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
3 years in Hotel/Hospitality management level position
Proven coaching and training skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

Hospitality driven to give each owner/guest an exceptional vacation experience.
Ability to work with others and communicate to many departments and resorts at all levels of management
Deadline conscious with strong drive and initiative and ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Detail oriented
Ability to make presentations to large groups of owners, guests, etc.
Strong leadership abilities.? Excellent organizational skills.
Able to respond quickly and decisively in an emergency situation
