All Positions Require: Hotel, Hospitality, Salon and/or Spa Industry experience.

Excellent Skills are required in: Manners, Speaking Voice, Phone Skills, Customer Care Skills, Multi Tasking, Mastery of the English Language, Computer Skills. Must have the Ability to quickly master Knowledge of Spa & Salon Services and describe each accurately in detail. Software knowledge of Microsoft Office and SpaSoft is helpful. Must be available for evening shifts as well as weekends.

 

We Are Now Hiring For The Following Positions:

 

Spa & Salon Desk Coordinator / Receptionist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting and Touring Guests, Answering and Routing Phone Calls, Assisting Guests with inquiries regarding Spa Services, Scheduling Appointments, Maintenance of Client Database, Checking Guests In and Out, and Charging for Services Performed, Upselling, and Retail Sales & Gift Card Purchases. This is an on your feet all day position, best suited for an active, flexible person who enjoys performing under pressure in an energetic atmosphere.

 

Reservationist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Incoming Phone Calls, Confirmation Calls, Managing Cancellation Policy, Booking Appointments for Services as well as Overnight Accommodations, Upselling and Sales of extra services when Booking Guests, Coordination of Group Bookings. Must be available, when needed, to perform all the tasks required of our Spa & Salon Desk Coordinator / Receptionist. Fantastic Phone Voice a must!
