ICE ( International Cruise & Excursions, Inc) has an exciting opportunity for a Travel Agent to join our Team!!

 

 

Position Purpose:

Responsible for providing travel reservations (air, hotel, car, rail, tour packages etc.) and customer assistance for domestic and international reservations.

 Major Duties & Responsibilities

Determine how to best fulfill members travel request based on customer needs and available options (i.e. creating reservations via Apollo, tour company, or consolidator).

Service member from point of initial reservation through completion of travel.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent client rapport.

 Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Strong travel industry knowledge

Internet savvy

Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs

Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications for Consideration

Qualifications:

Must have Apollo/Sabre experience

2+ years leisure travel agent experience

Expertise with booking air, hotel, and car through Apollo

Expertise working with tour companies, air consolidators and other travel vendors

Must be available to work a shift between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday!
