Pilgrim"&tm;s Pride is seeking a Complex Human Resource Manager for our Athens, AL Complex location. This position is responsible for a wide variety of human resource duties requiring extensive knowledge of company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal law in areas such as employment, benefits, administration, wage and hour, and staff supervision.

"? Provide strategic and tactical support to the Athens Complex management regarding all human resource issues, while enhancing overall Partner relations and maintaining Partner communication.
"? Work with complex departmental managers to recruit, hire, orient and further train hourly and salaried positions within the complex.
"? Prepare and implement Affirmative Action Plan for complex, complying with appropriate government regulations, while promoting equal employment opportunity.
"? Administer company policies.
"? Suggest, recommend and implement procedures, systems and controls, which assist in increasing effectiveness of assigned responsibilities. Keep abreast of all new government regulations pertaining to responsibilities.
"? Participate on various process improvement teams, actively supporting company wide Continuous Improvement philosophy.

Required Skills:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
"? Prefer 7 to 10 years experience in HR management or supervision
"? Broad knowledge of federal and state employment laws
"? General knowledge of benefits and compensation administration
"? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
"? Good organizational and problem solving skills
"? Excellent technical skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and HR-SAP)
"? Prefer Bilingual (English/Spanish)
"? Experience working with a large and diverse workforce (over 1600 employees)

Educational Requirements:

"? Bachelor"&tm;s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
