Contract Collections Recruiter Coordinator - Phoenix, AZ

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates during the selection and Onboarding process. You will also assist with the timely and accurate completion of the data associated with the OnBoarding process. You will foster and maintain relationships with internal clients who make the process successful, which includes Generalists, HR Operations and Payroll. In addition, you will assist recruiters by advising new hires on proper completion of pre-employment forms, scheduling interviews and travel arrangements for candidates, escorting candidates on tours and to interviews, and closing out the filled jobs and the associated files for audit and retention purposes. As well, you will provide general administrative support to the Staffing team and assist with New Hire OnBoarding sessions. Other related administrative duties to the recruitment function and special projects as assigned.

 

This is a 3 to 6 month contract position


One to Three years experience in a related HR function.
Previous experience in a recruiting environment preferred.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Strong PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, Excel and Internet applications)

Superior organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task.
