As a CareCentrix Contract Recruiter for Gentiva, you will:

?Be responsible for effectively recruiting corporate/administrative positions within an assigned region.

?Analyze the job market, forecast employment needs, and ensure adherence to Company staffing objectives.

?Implement approved recruitment strategies, as well as identify and track the cost, benefit, and effectiveness of recruitment sources and activities.

?Evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions. Maintain resume files for future employment possibilities.

?Refer qualified candidates for additional interviews and ensure that interviews are conducted as appropriate.


Qualifications

?Associate?s Degree in Nursing, Human Resources or the equivalent

?Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience

?Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques

?Excellent analytical, organizational, computer, communications, and presentation skills
