CURRICULUM DESIGNER-TEMPE, AZ

Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and experience.

oSupport knowledge and skill development of employees and customers by applying instructional design methods to identify critical skill gaps and develop appropriate and effective learning interventions
oConducts needs/skill gap analysis to identify training and development needs
oDetermines learning objectives of instructional materials and organizes them into logical learning sequences based on needs analysis results
oDevelops instructional materials by working with Subject Matter Experts to understand aspects of policies, procedures, systems or skill requiring instruction
oProduces instructional materials for various instructional delivery methods including classroom, computer-based training and written job aides
oConducts train the trainer sessions to educate training staff on the implementation of instructional materials


SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
o2 + years experience in curriculum design and development
o2 + years experience creating and presenting complex technical materials effectively in written form such as training manuals, job aides and instructor guides
oCommunicate effectively to all levels within the organization
oWork on multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines
oWork independently and on a team
oConduct research on instructional topics, methods and media
oExperience managing projects and project teams
