Description:

Develop and implement global strategy to position the company as a ?talent organization? who focuses on matching the right individual to the right role? Determine proper mix of sourcing modalities to ensure cost effective recruitment of quality candidates (e.g. internet, contingency firms, retained firms, referrals, alumni, media, professional associations, university relationships, etc) ? In partnership with Marketing, seek opportunities to create ?top of mind? candidate marketplace awareness of the company as a ?leading company and a company of leaders? ? Develop Staffing collateral and ?touch? programs into the local communities ? Refine and manage to consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a highly positive candidate experience and recruiter/ hiring manager efficiencies in a global environment? Identify and capture relevant global recruitment performance metrics; improve effectiveness of data capture and analysis, using information to identify trends, drive change and assess progress ? Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking platform. Leverage system to build candidate pipeline database. ? Manage relationships with contingency and retained search firms to ensure cost-effective, quality performance and reduce dependency and cost over current state ? Design and deliver management development to increase interviewing and selection acumen of hiring managers, as well as increase awareness of legal issues in the hiring process ? Orient, coach and mentor recruiting team ? Assign searches and recruitment-related projects to in-house recruiters and contractors ? Source candidates for Senior level leadership/sales positions ? Measure on-going effectiveness of pre-selection tools ? Manage vendor relationship for background check and drug screen providers.



Position Qualifications Required:

10 years experience in staffing in a progressive, high growth and results-oriented environment. ? 5 years management responsibilities ? Experience developing a global staffing infrastructure ? Demonstrable experience of partnering with field and management teams in a proactive approach ? Must be able to interact with all levels of staff and across global company lines in a consulting/counseling role. ? Excellent communications, coaching and problem solving skills required. Education Required: Bachelor?s degree required.



Essential Skills:

Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
