ESC CONTRACT SPECIALIST I - EMPLOYEE SERVICE CENTER #115-06A (115-06A)

Description


The Employee Service Center, located in Phoenix, Arizona, has an opening for a Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Enter employee benefit, pay and time rules into various systems to reflect the terms and conditions of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Maintain and update PeopleSoft Contract Administration System (CAS), including Trust CAS tables.
Maintain and update tables in Leave/Absence systems (ACS and GEAC).
Maintain and update Time and Attendance Tables (E-TAS, Workbrain, Attendance Professional, and Legacy systems) by division.
Maintain and update labor agreement documentation.
Communicate system changes with Division Labor, Human Resources and ESC departments.
Generate lump sum payment uploads, initiate progression run controls and audits, initiate queries in support of system work arounds.

 Required Skills


Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:


Two years or more People Soft payroll processing or equivalent experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong PC skills including a working knowledge of database tools and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
High degree of initiative, intensity and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work.
Must be a self-starter.
Ability to complete work with a minimum of supervision under rigid time constraints.
Excellent interpersonal skills working with customers and co-workers.
