EXECUTIVE STAFFING PARTNER

Phoenix, AZ

 

Responsibilities:

?  Full cycle staffing of leadership positions

?  Source high performance candidates

?  Manage advertising

?  Interview and make hiring recommendations

?  Source passive candidates through creative and resourceful recruiting strategies

?  Lead new staffing initiatives

?  Embrace the company?s mission, vision and values and articulate these unique aspects of the workplace culture to candidates and organizations

 

Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s degree in business or a related field is required; a Master?s degree is preferred

?  At least 7 years of previous staffing experience

?  Minimum of 3 years of experience filling executive level positions

?  Exceptional project management abilities

?  Excellent customer service skills

?  Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills

?  Demonstrated high level of professionalism and confidentiality

?  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
