We are looking for team members to join our fast-paced environment. You must be a motivated, self-starter and energetic professional. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a a FHRM to provide multi-unit HR support to approximately 30 stores in the Texas market. Responsibilities for this highly visible position include, but are not limited to: Effective problem resolution based on appropriate application of corporate policies and procedures Conducting investigations, analyzing symptoms to determine the root cause Researching and interpreting policies, and providing advice/counsel Recruit, train and insure continued development of managers Ensure human resources administravtive functions (Workers Compensation, payroll, Disability, FMLA, medical and other benefits are processed) Recruitment of all levels. Partner with Director of Human Resources in developing programs to increase and maintain associate retention and productivity.



Job Qualifications: A two-year Associates Degree or equivalent, and three to five years human resources experience and a background in retail management is desired. Proficiency with PC based word processing, spreadsheets and other relevant software including MS Word and Excel. Travel is required (70%). For the Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada Market. Store manager experience can subsitute for HR background Skilled in written and verbal communication. Multi-store experience a plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
