About The Position?

 

In this fast paced and challenging position, you will be responsible for?

 Provides consultative and functional assistance to end users for ongoing administration of HRIS systems. Ability to identify new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs. Develops written functional and some technical specifications for queries, SQR's, customizations, and patches/bundles to include changes or new modules as needed to maintain data integrity. Full involvement in creating and executing test plans or functional user acceptance. Strong customer service and business relationship skills are a must. Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems.

 

To be immediately and seriously considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have the following:

 Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Candidate should be familiar with a variety of human resource concepts, practices and procedures along with experience in Project Management. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. Prior experience working with Peoplesoft is strongly preferred.
