HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

As main contact for benefits, HR policy/procedural questions, unemployment claims, workers? compensation, vendor relationships, garnishments and 401(k) administration, you will assist with staffing, maintain the HRIS database, enter new hire and employee data change information into the systems, research/resolve employee concerns, coordinate services with outside vendors, and assume responsibility for the state-mandated Trip Reduction Program, which involves biannual meetings with state representatives plus review and proof of fulfillment of state-approved planning.

 

Candidates will bring a relevant B.A. degree; 2+ years? HR experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (call center preferred); proficiency with HRP/ADP or comparable database; advanced MS Office Suite skills; knowledge of federal/state employment laws; strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills; and excellent interpersonal abilities, including patience, integrity, and an ability to listen to and understand the concerns of others.
