Human Resources Manager

Unified Brands, Inc, a world class food service equipment manufacturer seeks to add an energetic ?hands-on? HR professional who is dedicated to working in a team-oriented continuous improvement manufacturing environment.

This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and Corporate HR, the successful candidate will manage HR & Safety objectives at our Arizona manufacturing operation.? Responsibilities include safety, recruiting, training, interviewing, benefits administration, payroll, record keeping, employee relations and compliance regulatory requirements and corporate policy.? This position will be a key member of a management team committed to world class performance.

A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years progressive HR management experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on safety and recruiting.
