Manager, US Recruitment

The Manager, US Recruitment will be responsible for building and managing the recruiting function to support hiring needs in the US. Reporting to the Director of Global Recruitment, this position will be responsible for enhancing a high-performance work team comprised of approximately 20 team members, geographically-dispersed, delivering hires at over 4000 employees per year.

In addition, this person will be responsible for raising the collective level of performance of the staffing function. The ideal candidate will build relationships with key senior executives, sales, and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver results. The ideal candidate will act as coach and leader while managing the entire recruiting department.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and implement a strategic & comprehensive recruitment strategy.

? Must be strong in meeting resource, financial, and business objectives

pertaining to the recruitment function. Utilize best practices to enhance

productivity and quality.

? Manage operations within recruiting budget to achieve staffing goals and

objectives, including SLA?s (Cost-per-show, time to fill, etc.)

? Work in partnership with the operations team to develop and implement,

plan, and drive recruiting processes that dramatically increase the talent

level.



? Daily activities will focus on bringing leadership and direction to your

team and providing consultative services to all levels of management.

? Identify, guide, and participate in community outreach relationships while

promoting diversity efforts.

? Manage a structured selection process to ensure a rigorous interview and

the placement of qualified and motivated candidates.

? Manage and recruit for leadership and managerial level positions.

? Articulate performance metrics internally/externally, as well as

horizontally/vertically.

? Implement Business Process Improvements to increase efficiency and reduce

costs in recruitment.

? Ongoing coaching and performance management, including career path support

for the team and holding others accountable for performance.

? Manage special projects and initiatives, including the use and deployment

of an applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Required:



? BS or BA, or equivalent work experience.

? 5-7 years recruitment management and/or operations management experience.

? Prefer experience with high volume recruitment.

? Previous people management experience.

? Client facing experience.

? Strong quality background preferred (i.e., Six Sigma).
