PROCESSING REPRESENTATIVE (5 Positions) - ESC #105-06A (#105-06A)

Description


The Employee Service Center, located at the National Services Center, has five (5) positions available for a Processing Representative. The successful candidates must have flexibility for scheduling. Mondays and/or Tuesdays will be extended shifts.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Review approved forms for accuracy; contact managers for missing information; code forms and/or batch sheets, if required.
Input data into PeopleSoft system in accordance with established procedures.
Verify input, research errors and make corrections, as necessary.
Calculate pay and tax adjustments and/or sick accruals, as needed.
Respond to inquiries from employees

 Required Skills


Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:


3-5 years experience in a highly automated Payroll/Human Resource processing environment, preferably in a large organization. Experience with Canadian payroll is a plus.
Good data entry, 10-key, and mathematical skills.
Good personal computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong Excel skills are a must.
Working knowledge of common payroll practices, garnishments, Federal and State regulations, and Company policies related to assigned area.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high volume production operation with tight deadlines and high customer service expectations.
PeopleSoft experience is highly desirable.
Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
Honest and trustworthy, exhibiting sound business ethics.
Flexibility regarding scheduling is a must..



Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
