Project Manager - Staffing Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
The on-site resource should serve as the daily liaison between Allstates Technical Services and client. They are the onsite ?relationship manager? and work with the client?s front line hiring managers and HR contacts, in addition to supporting the strategic service goals of the Allstates Business Development Manager. They ensure satisfactory client service delivery and serve as Employee Relations Manager for the associates assigned to that client location.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Assist business development
Maintain a client organizational blue print (e.g. departments, profiles, roles, etc?)
Determine and understand business drivers behind current and future staffing needs
Build, maintain and enhance existing rapport with hiring managers
Report daily to Business Development Manager
Qualify staffing needs
Set and maintain proper client expectations with help of recruiting team
Provide weekly written status report
Assist corporate recruiting
Work daily with Allstates recruiting team
Interviewing and screening candidates
Creating an inventory (portfolio) of candidates to meet current and future client needs
Use corporate tools and technology to enter and track information
Deliver submittals per Allstates standards
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up on interviews, obtaining detailed feedback
Handle Exhibit B contracts with recruiting and client
Handle timesheet process and submission
Assist corporate accounting
Work regularly with client?s A/P designee and Allstates? A/R department
Assist Human Resource
Work with recruiting team to complete and deliver necessary paperwork (e.g. Background/Security Check, EEO Folders, Drug Test, etc?) to client?s Human Resources designee.
Work with client to ensure any safety training programs or new hire programs are completed
Assist procurement process
Ensure proper client and Allstates required paperwork is completed and forward to proper designee?s REPORTS TO:
Business Development Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President or President
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
To be success in this role, an individual must have superior client facing skills and possess a ?can do? attitude. Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and with group presentation situations. Attention to detail and ownership of every facet of the process (the items listed above) is critical. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology (IT), Engineering preferred or equivalent experience PLUS a minimum of 2-3 years managerial/supervisory experience is suggested. Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
