We are looking for a Contract Recruiter for Chandler, AZ. 

 

Salary: $20 / Hour  + full benefits

 

Contract ? Hire position with full benefits

 

**More of an Entry-Level position**

 

Local Candidates - No relocation

 


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:




-  Min 1 year of experience in corporate recruiting for non-exempt and exempt level positions required.   (*This is more of an entry-level position - only 1-3 yrs exp)

-  Experience with recruiting for manufacturing roles required.

-  Knowledge of employment law as it relates to staffing required.

-  Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills required.

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required. 

-  Track record of successfully meeting deadlines through initiative and proactive approach required.

-  HS Diploma required - Bachelor?s degree and college recruiting experience preferred.





JOB DESCRIPTION:


Conducts recruitment process, including but not limited to, posting open positions, maintaining applicant database, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, interviewing potential candidates and making offers of employment to qualified candidates.
