This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and will be at least a Six-Month Contract directly with Firmenich.

Responsibilities: Interview, test, and refer applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. Meet with department managers on personnel needs to assist in completing the personnel requisition before the search process. Act as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies. Schedule initial and second interviews with appropriate panel of supervisors and foremen. Gather, document and organize all feedback documentation to the interviews and meet with department managers to discuss potential candidates for employment. Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as notifying the department of employee’s starting date and requisition the employee is filling, new hire orientation, HRIS data entry, etc. Complete weekly reports on recruitment activity to share with management. Data entry to HRIS of personnel requisitions and new hire personnel.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 2 years related experience Good computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS
