IRMC is an international organization that provides a variety of Customer Service solutions to a varied portfolio of clients.  Our Chandler, AZ facility serves clients such as Direct TV, Sprint PCS, Nextel, and other large telecommunications providers.  We hire, train, and employ the best and brightest Customer Service and Collections professionals in the business.  This growing but stable company is moving forward and reinvesting in technology over the next few years in order to continue our aggressive and profitable business model.  If you would like to be a part of something exciting, dynamic and professional, we currently have an opening for a Recruiter to help us with the most important aspect of our business, our employees.

 


Position Summary:
-Source, Screen, Interview and hire for Customer Service and Collections positions

-Mentor the Recruiting coordinator and act as primary Recruiting contact for our Chandler site that is growing to 600 employees

-Create and deploy innovative sourcing solutions

-Work directly with senior management to drive fulfillment goals

-Refine recruiting processes by working with HR and corporate Recruiting functions

-Drive big-picture thinking associated with short and long term employee retention

 -Work with corporate HR function to deploy new technology such as Applicant tracking system and applicant testing


Skills/ Requirements Chandler Position:
Minimum 2-5 years of recruiting experience

High volume Recruiting Experience is a plus

Agency Recruiting Experience is a plus
Solid understanding of recruiting practices.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
Knowledge of Federal & State laws regarding employment practices.
Ability to recommend process improvements and lead projects with little guidance.
Ability to partner with customers, advise, influence and make sound judgment calls.
Solid negotiating skills and decision-making capabilities.
