The person in this role will develop and implement recruiting strategies for Finance and Accounting positions. This includes sourcing the active and passive market, screening and assessing applicants/r?sum?s, arranging and conducting interviews, and making job offers to selected candidates.

 

This full-time position includes benefits and a competitive base salary with bonus structure.

Qualifications

 

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor?s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with an expertise in recruiting finance and accounting professionals. Direct sourcing skills and management experience are a plus.
