Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional for a Recruiting Coordinator position in our Chandler office. In this role you will learn about the Recruiting process, be involved in improving and streamlining the candidate experience and interacting with potential employees at hiring events and job fairs.

Skills/ Requirements

 

This individual will be responsible for the following:
-Answer jobline incoming calls
-Schedule interviews on sourced and screened candidates
-Makeup packets for interviews/offers
-Track and keep an e-mail distribution list
-Post jobs on Careerbuilder/Monster/Jobing.com and other job boards
-Source candidates from appropriate job boards
-Attend job fairs with Recruiting Manager including event preparation and set-up
-Reference checking
-Administer Screening tests
-Conduct exit interviews
-Report generation daily for all statistics including number screened, interviewed, offered, and hired for the to appropriate management and recruiting

-Complete Phone interviews with all incoming candidates
