We have an immediate opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Customer Care Center Recruiting Team. As a member of this team you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates primarily for our Sales and Support positions in our Customer Care Center.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

?Assessing and evaluating candidates through initial screening and face to face interviews
?Administering pre-employment assessments
?Developing new and creative sourcing strategies for multiple open positions
?Establishing and maintaining key contacts and relationships with local colleges and institutions and other local professional organizations
?Developing an effective pipeline of candidates using multiple sources of qualified candidates
?Maintaining an applicant tracking system
?Preparing offer letters
?Managing effective relationships with hiring managers
?Developing and maintaining reporting
?Assisting with other projects as needed

 

Job Requirements -

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills:

?2+ years recruiting experience in a like industry
?A proven track record of meeting challenging hiring goals
?Experience using creative sourcing techniques
?Strong time management, follow through and organizational skills
?Knowledge of applicable governmental regulations
?Ability to interact with applicant tracking systems
?Undergraduate degree preferred
