Senior HR Generalist

 

 

 

STMicroelectronics is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support our Phoenix Arizona manufacturing facility. In this role, you will provide employee relations support to our manufacturing population.

 

Responsible for all areas of HR administration, including, but not limited to staffing, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, performance management, compensation, benefits and training in a fast paced hi-tech 24/7 manufacturing environment. Excellent human relations and conflict resolution skills required. Strong knowledge of HR policies and US employment laws. Must possess excellent organizational skills; be flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. Attention to detail a must. This person must thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively with other team members. Experience in Hi-Tech manufacturing environment preferred. Bachelors degree required. 5-8 years experience necessary. SPHR or PHR certification preferred. Peoplesoft experience preferred and must be proficient in Microsoft office!!!
