Sr Analyst, Health Benefits

We seek an experienced Sr. Analyst, Health Benefits for our Tempe Headquarters.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for vendor file and system integrity including analysis and correction. Analyze benefit enrollment data and development reports to senior management regarding enrollment data and develop reports to senior management regarding enrollment statistics. Provide training and technical support of Cyborg and the benefit administrator reporting tools to Benefit staff. Manage vendor relationships. Report case management activity and resolution. Research and resolve highly escalated file related benefit election issues. Participate in implementation to new vendors. Develop proficiency in using the benefit administrator-reporting tool.

 

Position Requirements:

Highest degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience with an HR or integrated HR/Payroll system 3-5 years experience in Access and/or Oracle Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Knowledge and understanding of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA Privacy and other related benefit compliance laws.  Self-starter, highly detailed, exercise sound judgment and exhibit a strong customer service focus. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with all levels of management.
