Technical Recruiter Description: The technical recruiter is responsible for matching the skills of contractors to customer requirements increasing existing business, and bringing in new customers and applicants.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: interviewing applicants and ensuring that all their skills are identified, assuring total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving problems arising with customers or contractors, bringing in new business and supporting the sales efforts of the sales staff through good public relations, responsiveness and service, recruiting new applicants through existing and new sources, complete timely data entry into VOLT's automated systems and necessary paperwork.

Requirements:
Must have industry experience by working as a recruiter, or in the staffing or HR fields. Prior customer service experience is also a must! Applicant must have the ability to successfully communicate - both verbally and written, ability to efficiently solve problems, ability to accomplish multiple tasks and candidate must be reliable, organized and motivated! A degree is preferred, but not required.
