Region Service Manager

In this position you will?provides customers with safe and reliable equipment that meets manufacturer and Company standards by establishing and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will also ensure equipment is maintained in a manner that makes it the safest equipment in the industry.



Maintains region, district, and branch focus on service measurements by communicating consistently with all levels of staff.


Follows up on Service Bulletins and?executes required preventative maintenance schedules.


Monitor parts inventory and controls ensuring proper shop procedures and housekeeping actions are followed.


Assists locations with major repair decisions?ensuring field conformity with Company programs, policies, and procedures.


Ensures effective training and use of company computer systems that support service and parts management.


Assists in recruiting, interviewing, developing,?and retaining key service personnel as needed.


Ensures the availability and proper distribution of mechanical tools, supplies, special equipment, and service vehicles.



Requires five to seven years managerial experience in maintenance.

Associates degree preferred but not required.?
