Associate Client Executive - Marsh Southwest Zone - Phoenix, AZ

As an integral part of the Account Management Team, the Associate Client Executive must be: Capable of  servicing accounts in target markets and developing relationships with economic buyers; Reviewing client's business operations, exposures, and loss experience against current coverage and defines strategic plan of action to address those issues; Working closely with various Client Executives to service various accounts, must also be able to collaborate closely with risk practices and service teams. 

 

Specific responsibilities include:Sales and Relationship Development Analyze client/prospect research and industry issues.  Identify opportunities for delivering solutions Assist with preparing and presenting client presentations such as Risk Identification Reviews, Stewardship reports, Strategy meetings, Assist in the development and finalization of Client Service Agreements Assist in preparing POS worksheet and annual budget Assist the CE in implementing action plans, monitoring progress, Act as project manager for specific service team's work and renewals by the CE




Previous insurance brokerage or related account management, servicing, and sales required. Represents ideas, thoughts, clients, and company in a professional manner. Demonstrated ability in email, word processing, spreadsheet software, and navigation within the Internet.
