POSITION SUMMARY:
Designs and negotiates risk transfer/risk financing products in the markets for assigned clients. Brokers specialize in a specific product such as property, casualty, professional liability, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Broker sizeable new and renewal accounts; work in tandem with other senior team members in developing client program design; prepare submissions, summaries & proposals; interact with clients and underwriters; and manage relationships with underwriters.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage and or underwriting. Broker's license required

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or higher with Risk and Insurance Management/business related curriculum preferred
