Claims Team Leader

Able to develop claims representatives; accountable for team results; complete QA reviews, office diary and authority reviews and provide feedback;
work closely with and train new representatives; ensure proper triage; improve individual adjuster performance; handle complaint calls/service recovery; meet final candidates in hiring process; contribute and participate in the performance management process; focus on key measures; possess and demonstrate technical claims competency; calibrate file standards to Corporate audit.

* Must be certified in four skill blocks.
* Must be an effective team member.
* Thorough understanding of Immediate Response process and systems.
