A Better Rate Insurance Agency has been in business for over 25 years. We are currently providing service in Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. In addition to the Phoenix office, we have an Arizona office in Tucson. But our customer reach spans over the entire 3-state area.

 

We are currently looking for a licensed insurance sales professional. Our minimum requirements for this position are a P&C license and at least 1 year of experience actively selling insurance policies. We offer office-specific training, but a knowledge of the insurance industry and actual hands-on experience are a requirement. Currently, we offer auto, home, renter, life, commercial, motorcycle, RV, boat, and Mexican insurance. Our office environment is fast-paced, but always fun. 100% of our customers are found via incoming calls. No cold calling. We use the FSC rater, ITC rater and EZLynx.

 

Our pay is competitive and commensurate on your experience and talents. Unlimited earning potential for the right candidates who have the knowledge and desire to succeed. Our bonus structure is highly lucrative and includes additional incentives from the insurance companies whose policies we sell. After 90 days, you will receive medical coverage, paid holidays, paid vacation time after one year of service, personal time off accrued all year long, free roadside and towing assistance and a free medical package with your auto insurance, even if you're not insured with us.
