Liability/Bodily Injury Claims Representatives:

 

The Liability Claims Representative conducts investigations on assigned cases, confirms coverage, determines liability, identifies subrogation rights, reports potentially fraudulent losses, and negotiates settlement of claims.

 

Contacts are a major part of activity and include policyholders, claimants, agents, repair facilities, police and fire departments, state and county fraud personnel, special investigators, attorneys, witnesses, members of the medical profession and all other persons incident to the investigation and processing of claims.

 

Applicants must possess a four-year college degree.  Experience in explanation of claims settlements and policy coverages are beneficial, but not required.
