The Colony Group, offers excess and surplus (E&S) insurance to businesses that generally cannot purchase insurance from standard lines insurers due to the perceived risks related to their businesses. Focusing on small to medium-sized premium accounts, Colony provides commercial liability, commercial property, product liability and environmental liability coverages to commercial enterprises, including restaurants, artisan contractors, daycare centers and manufacturers, as well as professional liability coverages?for healthcare providers (other than physicians) and other professionals.

The Colony Group currently has a challenging opportunity for a Mail/File Associate located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Specific job duties and responsibilities include:Mail delivery and all associated duties Maintaining inventory of office and kitchen suppliesMaintenance of office equipment Other duties include alphanumeric filing, file retrieval, bar coding Ability to lift up to 50 lbsOccasional data entryOccasional switchboard backup

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Filing experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work within a team environment Strong attention to detailKnowledge of shipping systems
