Our client:  A large, established agency in Turlock/Modesto is seeking an experienced claims professional to fill a key position:  Property and Casualty Claims Representative. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected firm and expand your knowledge in property claims. Compensation is competitive and would vary depending on earning expectations.

 

Property and Casualty Claims Representative

Job Duties:

-  Work closely with the insured and the adjuster to take a variety of claims (property, bodily injury etc), report the claim and follow-up with the adjuster

-  Interact closely with several parties within the agency to ensure claims are paid correctly

-  Document, generate, and monitor reports detailing correspondence and claimants info.

-  Must be able to provide a high-level of customer service and professionalism

 

Skills & Qualifications:

-  Must be able to have self discipline to be able to work independently

-  Claims experience either with a company/carrier, TPA, or agency preferred

-  Strong clerical and telephone communication skills needed

-  Be able to present information to clients via phone or in person

-  Knowledge of the Applied system helpful
