Property Claims Representative

We are currently looking for a Field Claims Property Representative to handle claims in the Phoenix/Mesa area.

Our Property Claims Representatives:

? Will inspect damaged property and determine claims related damage

? Estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property

? Identify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within set limits)

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree, minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position

Excellent customer service and communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills

Valid driver's license

Must pass pre-employment test and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course

Computer proficiency

Construction experience/knowledge helpful, but not required

Spanish speaking skills a plus
