We are looking for someone to join Farmers Insurance Group as the District Recruiting and Training Coordinator for the South Central Alabama District Office based in Prattville, AL.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, high energy, excellent at building relationships both inside and outside the company, and is a contributing team member. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box.  This individual will be highly results oriented and will posses the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

 

Responsibilities include:
Developing creative and aggressive recruiting plans

Screening potential candidates
Interviewing and obtaining approvals on potential Farmers Insurance Agents
Tracking candidates throughout the recruiting, licensing, appointment, and training process

Developing aggressive training plans

Assist in training and developing new Farmers Insurance Agents

Providing support as needed to existing Farmers Insurance Agents

Providing general day to day support as needed in the District Office

Representing Farmers Insurance at Chamber/Community events
