Description:
Primary responsibility of this position are:
* To manage and direct an underwriting and processing unit assigned to a particular territory or broker force,
* Plans and directs the work of staff,
* Develops underwriting plans for their assigned territories,
* Works with E-comp marketing staff on broker management including production service and training and
* Assures compliance with both internal and external guidelines and rules.

Position Requirements:
* 5-7 years of workers compensation underwriting experience and
* Previous supervisory experience in a high unit count volume enviroment preferred.
