DoveBid Inc, a leading auctioneer of business assets, is currently hiring Auction Exchange Managers for our West Los Angeles Office.

The successful candidate will manage all activities required for a weekly or monthly industry specific online auction exchange.  Responsibilities will include:Ensuring that the website is prepared in accordance with policies and timeline established for each auctionCommunicating and coordinating with multiple company and customer asset consignorsAttracting new consignors through various activitiesEnsuring timeliness and accuracy of asset submissionsEnforcing standards for asset descriptions and imagesProviding input for exchange marketing activitiesManaging the assortment and pricing of assets in each exchangeManaging online asset salesAnalyzing sell through and pricingRecommending process improvementsSupporting customer service in responding to buyer questionsProviding relevant auction reporting.

Required Skills / Experience: 8 plus years experience in the areas of management, procurement or disposition of capital assets in one or more of the following industries:Manufacturing Equipment / Machine Tools / Plastic and Injection MoldingMining and Construction EquipmentConsumer ProductsBiotech/PharmaInformation Technology and TelecommunicationsHigh Tech / Electronic Assembly and SMT / Electronic Test Equipment / Semiconductor & Disk Drive FabricationComputer savvy with strong expertise with Word and Excel Professional experience in buying and selling online preferredHighly advance online skills Strong analytical skills Excellent project management skills Excellent proofreading and writing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and integrity Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
