E-commerce Category Specialist (Entry Level)

As our E-Commerce Data Specialist, you will:

? Work with a dedicated team to create and maintain Shopzilla?s expansive online catalogs
? Become an expert in consumer product lines across multiple product categories and manufacturers
? Keep abreast of the latest product releases and technological advances in assigned categories
? Take ownership of assigned areas and maintain them at a high level of quality
? Use Shopzilla?s proprietary tools to perform complex data organization tasks
? Select the best manufacturer product images and descriptions for display on the Shopzilla website
? Utilize historical data to focus and prioritize catalog creation efforts
? Participate in the evolution of industry-leading data organization techniques

And you will have the following qualifications:

? Commitment to quality, teamwork, and attention to detail
? Strong reasoning, problem solving, organization, and analytical skills
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? An interest in the eCommerce and internet retail industries
? Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS office applications
? Desire to succeed and the demonstrated work ethic to ensure your success
? 1-2 years work experience in a detail-oriented position, preferably in the eCommerce industry
? Bachelor?s Degree Strongly Preferred
? Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
? Specific interest and experience with any of the following category areas: Computers and Software, Electronics, Appliances, Watches and Jewelry
