VP Marketing & E-Commerce

VP Marketing & E-Commerce   We are seeking an innovative, forward-thinking leader to lead our Internet-Catalog Marketing efforts.

 

Responsibilities:
General operation of the company's website.  This includes various online marekting programs (ppc, datafeeds, email and affiliated programs).
Develop strategies of internet marketing to promote e-commerce efforts.
Tracks emerging web trends and technology in order to identify opportunities that could be implemented on sites based on busness needs.
Facilitates new site development/site enhancements
Coaches on strategic web content creation and edit, when necessary, to make content internet-friendly
Be aware of legal compliance issues that may affect the websitesor their programs
Reporting results and coordination of e-commerce efforts with the e-commerce staff and other departments of the company.
Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Merchandising, and IT staff to optimize the e-commerce efforts

 

Qualifications:
Hands On Creativity Tri Channel Experience
Requires a degree in a related field or equivalent solid experience
A minimum of 5 years e-commerce, proficiency in related programs (i.e., HTML, PPC SEO, PERL)
Must be skilled in management and team motivation, business, process and project management and have a strong written, oral and presentation skills.
Must be a "Team Player"
Hands On Catalog Experience including circulation, marketing, and promotion
Soft goods experience - highly desired
