== Create outstanding designs that are both visually appealing and easy to navigate.
== Handle the programming for your concepts, including HTML, CSS and Flash.
== Work with different departments/clients to creative innovative, exciting and sticky content (such as multimedia features and interactive tools)
== Manage projects (with input from others) from start to finish, and in a timely manner.
You should have...
= 2+ years experience in web design and a thorough knowledge of best web practices.
= An excellent understanding of designing site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces and intuitive navigation methods.
= Highly competent with XHTML/CSS standards based design
= Knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and HomeSite
= Knowledge of consumer-oriented business models (such as womens' interest magazines and web sites)
= Working knowledge of PHP, PERL, HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
