Web Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Mid Level and a Senior Level Web Developer that can work comfortably in a fast paced environment. This position will be involved in information architecture of web applications written in VB.NET/ASP.NET or classic ASP using SQL Server 2000, Transact-SQL, stored procedures and COM Objects written in VB. Strong .Net Framework experience and database design skills a must.

Strong HTML/CSS skills desired.

C# is a must for the Sr. Role.

 

Successful candidate must be a fast learner who is self-motivated and willing to tackle any task assigned to them.

 

Minimum Experience Required:

 -1- 2 years of C#

- 3 to 4 years ASP.NET / VB.NET experience.

- 3 to 4 years ASP / VBScript experience.

- Ecommerce experience.

- 3 years Transact-SQL experience.

- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration.

- HTML/DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.

- Experience developing interactive web sites using ASP/ASP.NET, XML, XSL with SQL Server 2000 as a back-end.

- Understanding of search engine optimization.

- Strong understanding of technical issues surrounding development, maintenance and upgrading of websites.

- Familiarity with web production issues including browser and platform compatibility, size and speed issues.
