Web/Flash Designer

Our client, the Online and Wireless Department of a large and exciting entertainment company located in San Fernando Valley, is looking for a permanent Web Designer with Flash skills.

The Web Designer will play a leading role in the development of several popular family-oriented websites. He or she will work under the Art Director and alongside Print Designers, Editorial Writers, and Product Developers to create the website?s look and feel, web page layouts, and additional online artwork.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Portfolio samples that show solid experience in designing in a light, youthful style that appeals to the family audience.

Well-honed production skills (HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash Animation, Photoshop/ImageReady, Illustrator and InDesign)

Solid Illustration skills and samples

2 years of experience a design studio or agency or like similar professional experience using design principles such as user interface, color theory, motion graphics, and typography

Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and keep a sense of humor!
