We need highly motivated professionals with strong leadership and management skills, ready to commit to a true challenge as a salaried Loss Prevention Market Manager. Must be an excellent communicator, with a solid grasp of the skills to provide world-class customer service. Responsible for building and maintaining a professional team of Associates, for developing and sustaining high morale, and for all aspects of loss prevention within a market. High school graduate, preferably in criminal justice, and one-year of loss prevention or security experience. Must be a problem-solver and solution-finder.

The successful Loss Prevention Specialist must be a team-player, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Challenging responsibilities for this hourly position include preventing and detecting internal and external theft, promoting effective loss prevention methods to store associates, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Must be an excellent communicator, with a solid grasp of the skills to provide world-class customer service. High school graduate, preferably in criminal justice, and one-year of loss prevention or security experience. Must be a problem-solver and solution-finder.
