Parking Enforcement Officer

Summary of Job Duties: Enforce parking regulations in the City of West Hollywood, pursuant to the West Hollywood Municipal Code (MC) and the California Vehicle Code (CVC). Patrols assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to enforce parking regulations/restrictions. Issue citations via handheld computer, tow and boot eligible vehicles, document and report field deficiencies requiring improvement and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be without felon or arrest record with a satisfactory, verifiable work history. Must successfully pass Department of Justice Background Investigation. Must posses a valid California Driver?s License and have a good driving record.

Desired Qualifications: Experience in Parking Enforcement
