We have immediate openings for Shift Supervisors/Post Commanders for the Downtown L.A. area.You will be an important member of the team that maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees; manages staff; secures facilities, operations, and personnel; designs patrol routes; conducts inspections and investigations; maintains security fleet, rapport with local law enforcement, civil defense, and first-aid agencies, and supplies inventory; prepares reports.

 

Qualifications


Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.

Handles work of diverse scope and complexity.

Maintains a safe work environment.

Demonstrated ability to provide direction, motivation, and leadership.

Experience motivating team members to work together to achieve goals.

Capable of managing people and work. Skills include planning, developing policies, and delegation.

Experience managing a team through delegation and feedback.

Ability to provide immediate supervision to employees, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and checking work at frequent intervals.
