RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and file all required reports and otherwise maintain compliance with government contracts.Maintains and administers federal and state government contracts and defense contracts.Manages relationships with subcontractors and prime contractors under all government contracts.Reviews and approves billings under all government projects.Negotiates contract renewals and modifications under all government and related contracts.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:8+ years of experience managing federal government contracts, state government contracts, and related contracts.3+ years experience managing prime and sub-contractor relationships related to government and defense contracting.In depth knowledge of GSA schedule administration, reporting, and other compliance requirements for US federal government contracts.Knowledge of government accounting procedures.Knowledge of security clearance requirements under government contracts.
