Currently our Tolleson, AZ facility is seeking the following career-focused professional to join our dynamic, growing team:

 BLOW MOLDING MAINTENANCE MANAGER

 

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Blow Molding Maintenance Manager will be a key member of the Operations team in Graham Packaging?s largest PET facility located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This new position is needed because of the continued volume growth of the operation. The Blow Molding Maintenance Manager will have the chance to build a leading edge program of preventive and predictive maintenance from the ground up to drive overall equipment effectiveness and effeciency. The operation is profitable and has a strong team of technicians ready for direction and success. 

 

Utilizing your 5 years experience in a maintenance leadership role in a high speed manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for production maintenance and repairs, implementing a program of preventive and predictive maintenance, developing the annual maintenance budget,
benchmarking best practices both within and outside the industry and  implementing key performance indicators (OEE, MTTF, MTBF, etc) consistent with world class standards.

 

Strong leadership skills will be needed to lead the continual improvement and integration of MP2 CMMS system into the maintenance and production work system, to manage the career development and training plans for individuals within the maintenance organization while maintaining  close contact with Production Manager and TPM Manager to drive continuous improvement throughout the operation.

 

Previous experience with plastics or an FDA regulated industry is helpful, prior experience with blow molding (Sidel) processing and maintenance will receive the highest consideration, and a BA/BS degree are required.
